Q. Resubmitting prior to approval, or resending the approval email.
A. If you have not received your approval email or have not approved the order yet and wish to resubmit using different information (contact information or a different CSR), navigate to the Configuration page for that cert order again. You will find a link to cancel and resubmit the order.
All information will need to be entered again, including the CSR. This process will resend the approval email, be sure your approval email is valid, functional and does not have any spam filtering on it.
This can only be done on certs that have not been approved.
